Description
Aquila, part of Constellation Software Inc., is seeking a remote Director of Product Management for its Emphasys PHA division. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will manage and coach three Product Owners, establish disciplined product management and agile practices, define product strategy and roadmaps, engage customers, and align Development, Sales, Marketing, and industry leadership. The role will guide the transition from a legacy desktop application to a modern web-based platform and help adopt AI-enabled product and delivery practices, including AI-DLC, while supporting software used by public housing authorities across the United States.
