Description
Druva is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead execution and team leadership across its data security portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the role owns product strategy, roadmap execution, customer and market insights, product metrics, pricing and packaging, go-to-market activities, and the development of a team of product managers. The position requires 12+ years of experience, including 8–10 years in product management, security domain expertise, senior PM management experience, strong stakeholder and analytical skills, and a bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred. Compensation is expected to be $209,000 to $293,000 per year, with potential bonus, commission, and equity.
