Director of Product Management at LearnLux

LearnLux is hiring a Director of Product Management to own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes across its global workplace financial wellbeing platform. The role leads product direction for member experiences and platform capabilities, partners with Product, Design, and Engineering, incorporates AI and agentic workflows, and grows the Product and Design organization. It reports to the Co-Founder and COO and is based in Denver, Colorado, or the New York City area. The position requires 10+ years of product management experience, people leadership, global product experience, and enterprise B2B experience; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid leave, and a sabbatical after five years. The salary range is $190,000–$230,000 USD.
