Description
Kueski is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead its Customer Products & Platform area, which owns customer-facing and partner-embedded experiences, onboarding, transactions, payments, and selected merchant experiences. Reporting to the VP, Head of Product, the role owns product strategy, prioritization, roadmap, outcomes, quality, growth, and the scaling of products from early traction to broad adoption. The position is hands-on and requires leading Product Managers and senior individual contributors, building internal leadership, and partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Marketing, Risk, Lending, and Finance. Requirements include 8+ years of Product Management experience, experience scaling customer-facing products, strong analytical and technical judgment, AI product experience, and professional fluency in English and Spanish; fintech or regulated consumer industry experience is strongly preferred.
