Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience
5+ years leading and scaling teams of Product Managers
Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record leading large-scale internal platforms serving broad engineering organizations, with clear ownership of direction, roadmap, and outcomes.
Strong technical background with the ability to partner deeply with senior engineering leaders, make informed tradeoffs, and guide complex platform decisions.
Experienced in defining and using meaningful metrics to drive platform adoption, efficiency, and business impact.
Known for clarity of priorities, disciplined product thinking, and a bias toward action in complex, ambiguous environments.
Relevant technical understanding of cloud-native architectures, data infrastructure (NoSQL, SQL, in-memory stores), and compute/storage/networking concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
