Honeywell is hiring a Director of Product Technical Services, Americas to lead the global strategy, transformation, and execution of its Building Management Systems technical support organization. The role oversees global technical support teams, product-launch readiness, issue resolution, customer experience, operational KPIs, subscription-based support offerings, talent development, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of relevant experience; building-management-systems experience is preferred.
