Skyways is hiring a Director of Production to build and lead a production system for its autonomous cargo aircraft, moving from low-rate builds to repeatable, scalable manufacturing. The role owns the factory, processes, production, manufacturing engineering, quality, headcount, budget, supply chain, throughput, yield, cost, schedule, compliance, and leadership representation. Candidates must have led production ramps for complex hardware, built production organizations, managed budgets, and delivered on output; the role is based in Austin, Texas, with U.S. government contract eligibility requirements.
