Description
CI Solutions is hiring a production-scaling leader to expand its production capacity by adding four to five automated UV digital printing systems and scaling from a single production line to multiple coordinated units. The role owns the strategy for production automation, systems integration, capacity planning, job routing, scheduling, shared resources, quality control, maintenance, redundancy, and facility launch. It requires 10+ years of progressive experience in print manufacturing, production automation, process engineering, or industrial operations, along with experience scaling production, designing automated workflows, working with large-format UV digital printing, and developing equipment and facility investment business cases.
