Semarchy is hiring a remote, permanent Director of Professional Services to lead and grow its Americas delivery practice. The role will build and govern the delivery methodology, presales scoping, SOW creation, estimation, project governance, subcontractor management, capacity planning, and utilization across internal consultants and partners. It requires 10+ years of professional services or consulting experience in enterprise software, including 3+ years leading delivery teams, along with expertise in master data management, data integration, or modern data platforms and a track record of building delivery processes and managing services P&Ls.
