Description
The Director of Professional Services will lead the full lifecycle of professional services and software implementations, from project conception and sales handoff through delivery, support, staffing, forecasting, and client escalation. The role owns the practice’s portfolio, operational and financial metrics, delivery quality, customer referenceability, and team development, while collaborating with sales, product, and executive leadership. It requires extensive professional services and consulting experience, P&L and project management expertise, client-facing and communication skills, and the ability to travel to the United States.
