Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, product operations, or related roles within software organizations, leading complex cross-functional programs within software or technology organizations.
Demonstrated experience working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver complex software systems.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through implementation, operational transition, and platform scaling.
Proven success driving execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams in fast-moving environments.
Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate complex initiatives into cohesive operational outcomes.
Experience leading organizational change, operational transformation, and evolution of delivery or operating practices at scale.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, modern product development workflows, and AI-enabled operational practices.
Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and operational leadership skills, including executive audiences.
Strong organizational judgment with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and momentum across teams.
