Director of Program Management at Plexus

Plexus is hiring a Program Management Leader to lead the Program Management function at its Buffalo Grove, Illinois site. The role hires, deploys, and develops Program Managers and supporting teams; ensures adherence to customer contracts; partners with stakeholders and customers; establishes program standards; leads customer satisfaction activities; and manages transfers, transitions, new customers, disengagements, and new product introductions in collaboration with Operations and Program Leadership. A bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of related experience are preferred, with an equivalent combination of education and experience considered. The annual compensation range is $164,300.00 to $246,500.00.
