Description
Skilled US is hiring a Director of Programs in Kanawha County, West Virginia, to lead the launch and implementation of career readiness and life-skills programming for adults in recovery and other underserved populations. The role coordinates training partners, employers, and community stakeholders; coaches participants; facilitates workshops; manages enrollment and participant records; reports program outcomes; and may hire and manage a team as funding becomes available. The position requires regular in-person engagement in the Charleston area with travel to surrounding counties and offers a bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant experience as a minimum qualification.
