Description
NiCE is hiring a Quality Engineering Director to architect and lead its quality engineering discipline into the AI era. The role owns automation infrastructure, performance engineering, AI-driven quality initiatives, test frameworks, CI/CD integration, reliability standards, and the hiring and development of engineering and architecture teams. It requires 12+ years of software engineering or QA experience, including 5+ years of engineering leadership, along with expertise in test automation, performance testing, AI/ML quality, and modern engineering tooling. The position follows a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week and reports to the Senior Director, Engineering, CX.
