Description
The Director of Recreation manages all recreation operations for The Boca Raton, including fitness, pool, beach, and children’s programming; events and activities; guest and member service; food and beverage, merchandising, inventory, reservations, systems, budgets, forecasting, reporting, and department management. The role also supervises and trains staff, handles complaints, maintains records, coordinates with resort and club departments, and administers payroll. It reports to the General Manager, Resort Operations, and requires prior recreation leadership experience in a luxury beach resort, cruise ship, private club, theme park, or high-end fitness concept, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
