SEL Transportation is hiring a Director of Recruiting and Employee Engagement to lead the recruiting team, develop hiring plans and policies, manage recruiting operations and metrics, support onboarding, and oversee employee engagement and rewards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED or higher, strong communication and organizational skills, customer-service and teamwork orientation, and flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays. It is a salary position with no guaranteed career progression.
