Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring a Director of Resident Programs to lead lifestyle programming and resident engagement at Watercrest at Kingwood, an independent living community. The role creates resident calendars, plans social events, wellness programming, outings, entertainment, and resident clubs, coordinates transportation and off-site activities, partners with local organizations and vendors, and supports community culture and resident satisfaction. The position requires at least two years of experience in senior living activities, resident programming, lifestyle coordination, hospitality, or related resident engagement roles; independent living experience, event-planning experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Full-time employees eligible after 90 days receive medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
