MPI is hiring a Director of Residuals to lead residual operations for the Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans. The role oversees contribution allocation, processing, reporting, audits, collections, analysis, and compliance; guides implementation of a new residuals system; improves workflows and controls; and provides executive and Board reporting. The Director will also lead and develop the Residuals team, manage complex operational matters, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of related industry experience, and at least 5 years of leadership experience, with an anticipated base salary of $140,000 to $170,000 annually.
