Director of Revenue Operations at Eye Security

Eye Security is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own and scale the revenue function across Europe. The role will map growth strategy, plan regional quotas and sales capacity, establish revenue data definitions and forecasting, optimize go-to-market technology and processes, govern AI tools under GDPR, and enable Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams. The position requires at least 8 years of B2B SaaS experience, including 3+ years at the Director level, along with multi-region go-to-market, CRM, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making expertise.
