Morning Star Village is hiring a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead sales strategy and occupancy growth for a senior living community. The role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with families and referral partners, hosting community events, collaborating with internal care and operations teams, and maintaining reporting on occupancy and pipeline trends. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or relationship-based sales, and familiarity with CRM systems such as Yardi, Sherpa, or Enquire.
