Hotel Equities is seeking a Dual Property Director of Sales for Courtyard by Marriott and TownePlace Suites Hawthorne. The successful candidate will lead revenue generation across a portfolio of over 7 branded hotels, focusing on strategic sales initiatives, managing a personal book of business, and collaborating with General Managers and Revenue Leaders. This role involves analyzing market trends, driving top-line revenue through prospecting and relationship management, coaching sales teams, optimizing sales systems, and representing the portfolio locally.
