GR0 is hiring a Director of SEO & AI Search to lead its SEO service line at a high-growth digital marketing agency. The role owns the team, client strategy, full-funnel SEO work, department P&L, capacity planning, tooling, and the agency’s approach to AI search and generative engine optimization. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on SEO experience, two years managing people, agency experience, P&L ownership, and strong executive presence. The position is available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
