Description
McGregor PACE is seeking a Director of Social Services to lead and develop its Social Services team, supervise and mentor staff, oversee clinical social work practice and documentation, manage complex participant and family situations, ensure regulatory and quality-improvement compliance, build community partnerships, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The role reports to the CEO and requires a master's degree in social work, current Ohio LSW or LISW licensure, progressive social work experience including supervision or leadership, and experience with older adults or complex medical or psychosocial needs.
