Description
Basic Software Systems is hiring an onsite, full-time Director of Software Engineering to lead its engineering organization and shape the trajectory of its cloud SaaS ERP and dealer management system. The role owns Agile transformation, cloud and DevOps architecture, CI/CD, customer-facing product quality, distributed team leadership, and technical strategy, while also engaging with at-risk customers and commercial teams. Candidates need at least 8 years of progressive software engineering experience, including 3 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role, along with hands-on experience across AWS or Azure, CI/CD, distributed teams, and cloud cost optimization. The position offers $130,000–$160,000 annually plus an annual bonus.
