Key responsibilities include leading a team of software engineers, defining the software engineering strategy, implementing best practices, ensuring software scalability and reliability, and recruiting top engineering talent. The qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of experience in software engineering with leadership experience, strong technical expertise in software development, experience with Agile methodologies, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with payments and accounting is a plus. The salary range is $130,000 - $180,000 per year.
