Description
ThinKom is hiring a Director of Software Engineering to provide technical direction, strategic planning, and execution for the company’s software development initiatives. The role leads software development, quality assurance, and DevOps teams; oversees software architecture, complex system software, release integrity, configuration management, testing, and quality processes; and supports business development and requirements coordination. The position requires a BS or MS in CS, CE, or EE or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of professional software development experience including 5 years in technical leadership, extensive embedded software and systems software experience, and experience in regulated environments. Compensation is $170,000–$220,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k) matching, paid time off, holidays, and a bonus plan.
