Riverside PostAcute Care is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve as Director of Staff Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, evaluating, and coordinating educational programs to meet state and federal requirements. Key responsibilities include providing training and development opportunities for staff, assisting them in acquiring necessary knowledge and skills, managing CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations, executing physician orders, and communicating with physicians regarding patient conditions. The role requires strong observational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
