Description

Tripledot Studios is hiring a Director of Studio Management for its Lion Studios division. The remote leader will manage a global team of 10 studio managers partnering with about 40 external studios, oversee team growth and organization, support business development and premium partner relationships, manage publishing contracts with legal, oversee the multi-title game pipeline from prototyping through soft launch, and coordinate with finance and cross-functional game teams on P&L, KPIs, workflows, and publishing strategy. Candidates need 7+ years of relevant mobile gaming experience, including 3+ years managing teams.

Additional Information

Experience managing globally across regions, markets, and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of current mobile gaming trends and metrics.
Experience partnering with finance and legal teams in game publishing.
Familiarity with portfolio or game-level P&L and cost attribution.
Startup or high-growth company experience.
