Director of Supply Chain at Unusual Machines

Unusual Machines is hiring a Director of Supply Chain to build and lead global sourcing, procurement, material planning, warehouse operations, logistics, supplier performance, compliance, and production material flow. The role manages buyers, material planners, and logistics staff; develops supplier and category strategies; negotiates commercial agreements; oversees certifications and regulatory sourcing; and optimizes NetSuite planning and inventory controls. Candidates need at least ten years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or operations experience, including five years leading sourcing, purchasing, planning, or logistics teams, along with technical hardware and compliance expertise. Compensation is $140,000–$180,000, with equity, medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and catered lunches.
