Sanity is hiring a Director of Support Engineering to own and scale its globally distributed support engineering function. The role leads support operations, infrastructure, metrics, enterprise escalations, hiring, coaching, and cross-functional strategy while partnering with Engineering, Product, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success. Candidates need at least seven years of technical support or support engineering experience, including three years in leadership or management, along with strong technical, communication, and data-driven skills.
