Director of TA Operations & Insights at Snorkel AI

Snorkel AI is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Insights to build and lead the recruiting organization’s systems, processes, tools, metrics, reporting, and operational infrastructure. The role owns the ATS and recruiting technology stack, end-to-end hiring workflows, recruiting coordination, dashboards, data quality, vendor management, process governance, and AI-enabled recruiting improvements. It requires experience building or leading talent acquisition operations in a hyper-growth technical startup, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to scale systems and processes. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office in either San Francisco or New York, with a stated compensation range of $170,000 to $300,000 USD.
