Description
Snorkel AI is hiring a Director of Technical Recruiting to build and lead its technical recruiting function across Engineering, Research, Product, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Applied AI Engineering. The role owns recruiting strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, pipeline development, candidate experience, capacity planning, metrics, and the development of technical recruiters and sourcers. It requires experience building and scaling technical recruiting teams in hyper-growth startup environments, deep knowledge of technical and AI hiring, strong data and sourcing capabilities, and the ability to partner with senior technical and business leaders. The position is hybrid in San Francisco or New York and offers a compensation range of $170,000 to $300,000 USD.
