Struers is hiring a Director of Technical Services to lead service operations across the United States and Canada. The role manages in-house and field service teams, develops service strategy and revenue-growth initiatives, improves customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, analyzes service and product data, supports ERP and service-management systems, and ensures compliance with standards such as UL, CSA, and ISO 17025. The position requires previous service-management experience, offers a bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, and involves frequent domestic and international travel.
