Meniga is hiring a hybrid B2B contract Director of Technology to lead a small team and report to the CTO. The role combines AI adoption for non-technical functions with ownership of company IT infrastructure, devices, access management, security, and ISO 27001 certification. Candidates should have IT administration, identity and access management, Azure, security fundamentals, and AI/LLM tooling and deployment experience; Python or fintech experience is preferred. The position offers 20,000–29,000 PLN plus VAT, private healthcare, fitness, meal, and phone allowances, and a hybrid schedule of two office days and three remote days.
