Maryville University is seeking a Director of the Bascom Honors Program to lead and grow a distinctive honors program, including curriculum, signature experiences, student community, service learning, advising, recruitment partnerships, study abroad, fundraising, and external representation. The role requires a doctorate or terminal degree, at least 10 years of faculty experience, and a record of teaching excellence, mentorship, and academic leadership, with preferred experience in interdisciplinary or experiential programs, community-engaged learning, global learning communities, and external funding.
