AAFP is hiring a Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, health and retirement benefits, wellness, work-life, flexibility, and related benefits programs. The role designs, implements, and administers competitive and compliant total rewards strategies, partners with senior leaders and vendors, manages communications, analyzes market and workforce data, and oversees RFPs, contracts, and vendor management. The position is hybrid, based in a Monday-to-Friday schedule with occasional travel, and requires extensive experience in benefits, compensation, wellness, financial acumen, and a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Finance.
