Description
Nextech is hiring a Director of Total Rewards to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, equity, recognition, and related programs as the company scales. Reporting to the CHRO, the role oversees benefits strategy and administration, compensation design and cycles, equity administration, compliance and benchmarking, HRIS and compensation systems, reporting, and the development of a small Total Rewards team. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of progressive HR experience including 3+ years leading Total Rewards programs, experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company with 500+ employees and at least $200 million in revenue, and experience running a self-insured medical plan. It is fully remote in the United States, with 1–3 domestic trips per quarter, and includes a bonus opportunity, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
