Barclays US Consumer Banking is recruiting a Director of US Fraud Strategy to lead end-to-end fraud strategy for its digital bank and customer authentication journeys across credit cards, deposits, and loans. The role is responsible for developing fraud controls, policies, and long-term roadmaps, serving as the accountable executive for USCB authentication policy, and collaborating with stakeholders across fraud operations, product, credit risk, business development, digital, and controls teams. It also includes managing and coaching a risk team, maintaining strong governance and control environments, and influencing senior stakeholders and councils.
