National Heritage Academies is hiring a Director of Virtual Schools to lead, strengthen, and scale its virtual-school portfolio. The role owns academic, enrollment, student experience, operational, and financial performance; develops the virtual learning model; supports student success and family engagement; coaches virtual-school principals; and partners with internal teams to grow and launch new programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, experience with online or technology-enabled education, significant leadership experience with measurable outcomes, and demonstrated success developing leaders.
