Personal.CX is hiring a Director of Warehouse Operations to oversee three manager-level direct reports and approximately 40 indirect reports across its United States fulfillment warehouses. The role combines strategic operational logistics, labor and volume planning, process improvement, KPI management, warehouse systems and equipment oversight, and manager development. It requires on-site work at the Fresno, California warehouse, travel of at least one week per quarter, and 10 years of general warehouse experience, including 3–5 years in pick/pack/ship fulfillment and 3+ years in senior management or a director role. The position offers a $120,000–$150,000 annual salary plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and employee discount benefits.
