Description
Intuit is hiring a Director of Workforce Management to lead end-to-end workforce planning and operations for Intuit Customer Success across Small Business and Consumer segments. The role oversees capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, peak readiness, and routing for a global network of more than 40,000 experts and approximately $1.5 billion in annual service spend. The director will lead a global team of 45+ employees and 50+ contingent workers across the United States and India, build an AI-native Workforce Management Center of Excellence, partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Service Delivery, and Human Resources, and drive model-based autonomous decision-making. The position requires 10+ years of progressive workforce management or related operations experience, advanced forecasting and optimization expertise, executive influence, change leadership, and a bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline.
