Arizona Autism Charter Schools is hiring a full-time, in-person Director of Workforce Programs to lead programming at its Essential Piece Enterprises workforce training center. The role oversees Job Coaches and staff supporting high school students and adults with disabilities in internships, adult employment and day services, external internships, budgeting, inventory, transportation, and industry partnerships. It requires at least three years of transition or workforce programming experience for older students and adults with moderate to severe disabilities, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential, and a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card. Compensation is $85,000 to $100,000 DOE, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and retirement benefits.
