Micron Technology is hiring a Director, OMT PEE PH to lead engineering-process innovation and performance management. The role coordinates critical performance metrics, new technology-node equipment installation and release, manufacturing technology transfers, risk mitigation for pilot lines and ramp activities, yield and volume ramp projects, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, procurement, suppliers, manufacturing, process integration, quality, and business units. The position also leads teams in adopting AI-enabled ways of working and requires a proven track record in a similar role, strong transfer and collaboration skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
