Hologic is hiring a Director, Oncology R&D to lead the scientific strategy and execution of oncology diagnostic programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Oncology Diagnostics, the role covers portfolio planning, molecular assay development and validation, biomarker research, regulatory submissions, clinical implementation, and management of research personnel. The position is onsite in San Diego, California, and requires a relevant Ph.D., at least five years of industry experience, and expertise in NGS, gene expression, and CLIA/CAP laboratory testing.
