Description
The Director Operations & Production leads NEX’s product development operations from procurement through manufacturing, quality assurance, and program management, guiding the company from prototype build to certified low-rate production. The role oversees procurement, quality, manufacturing and prototyping, production planning, supplier relationships, aerospace-quality systems, facilities, and infrastructure, and reports directly to the CEO. It requires approximately 10 years of operations, production, or program management experience, including several years in a leadership role, with aerospace or automotive experience and experience building production organizations strongly preferred.
