Description
The Manufacturing Operations Leader manages site manufacturing operations, including supply chain, performance, capacity, budgets, schedules, quality, on-time delivery, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role leads the manufacturing operations team, develops succession plans, coaches employees, and applies lean manufacturing and Kaizen practices to improve resource utilization and operational performance. A bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of related experience are preferred, with equivalent education or experience considered.
