The role manages Operations Change project teams, resourcing, capacity, budgets, process improvement, risk, compliance, client engagement, and stakeholder partnerships. It requires senior experience in project or change delivery within Investor or Securities Services, people-management experience, and a strategic mindset focused on transformation and organizational design.
