Description
The Director, Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for Secant Group’s Pennsylvania-based MedTech business unit, overseeing medical component and technical textile manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, capital projects, continuous improvement, quality and regulatory compliance, workforce management, and operational performance. The role also serves as Site Leader for the Perkasie and Quakertown facilities, coordinating site operations, safety, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and cross-functional alignment.
