The role establishes templates, acceptance criteria, and portfolio-wide consistency for operations programs, aligns with the Director of Data Center Commissioning & Quality Assurance at the turnover interface, provides remote audits, and publishes performance reporting. It requires 10+ years of critical facilities, operations-program, or asset-management experience, with owner-side outsourced facilities-management experience preferred, and is hybrid remote from Keel’s New York City headquarters.
