The role leads an operations team, partners with clinical, operational, and data analytics functions, builds scalable data infrastructure and dashboards, and improves provider availability, network utilization, productivity, and clinical quality. Candidates need extensive healthcare or health-tech operations experience, provider-network expertise, data analytics capability, and strong people-management experience. The position offers an annual base salary of $134,000–$184,000 plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
